Référencée au sein de nombreux grands comptes en tant que fournisseur de prestation IT, Excel Management Conseil est une société de services en informatique existante depuis plus de 10 ans.
Riche d’une expérience significative en France et en Europe, notre groupe E.X.M.C se positionne en tant qu’acteur majeur sur le marché des sociétés de services en ingénierie informatique.
Nous intervenons à la fois sur des périmètres Métiers, Techniques et Opérationnels. Notre groupe affiche un effectif de plus de 300 collaborateurs disponibles et mobiles.
Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :
Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Context of the Service / Project :
Network Engineering & Technology (NET) is an integrated engineering department working both
for the B2B & Wholesale customers, from OINIS’ playground, with the following main missions:
- Propose state of the art engineering and consistent technology for all Orange IP international and
enterprise networks.
- Design innovative network services for carrier and enterprise markets in liaison with Orange labs,
sourcing and suppliers;
- Manage network & IT transformation around technological breakthroughs and market trends
(virtualization, hybrid)
- Provide expertise and support to Operations and Business Units.
Service Deliverables
•Work with all stake holders to ensure solution development within schedule
•Work with technical teams to qualify and study business needs
•Design technical solution
• Provide technical deliverables : HLD, LLD, …
•Define and conduct tests and ensure End-to-End solution validation
•Define and follow solution release management
• Interact with solutions vendors
• Provide technical support & assist teammates in support activities
•Help build support material
TECHNICAL AND/OR FUNCTIONAL SPECIFIC EXPERTISE REQUESTED
Must :
Minimum 10 years
- Understanding of IP networking fundamentals (TCP, DNS, NTP…) & routing (BGP, static),
Switching, Virtual switching OVS, DPDK, Firewalling, Load-balancing, VNF, SDN, SDWAN.
- Understanding of MPLS VPN, SSL VPN, GRE, IPSEC.
- Good understanding of Software Defined Networks
- Understanding of cloud environment & virtualization (Linux KVM, Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes,
object storage)
Fluent in French & English
Nice to have :
- Knowledge in software development (Python, JAVA, shell scripting, …)
- Knowledge of Agile & DevOps practices, tools & methodologies: Git, CICD, CICD pipelines, Jira,
Kanban, scrum.
- Knowledge of Network orchestration & Automation concepts & tools : SOM, MANO, Ansible, NSO,
Terraform, BPMN workflows, etc.
-Knowledge of big data & data science frameworks: Machine Learning, ELK stack, Grafana, Data iku,
…)
Exposure to multinational environment
