We are seeking part-time Remote customer support agents. The service must be provided fluent in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via chat and email.
- Assisting our customers with their queries.
- Providing a first-time resolution to customer queries.
- Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer queries.
- Escalating queries when necessary.
- Provide solutions to everyday customer queries with a customer-oriented approach.
- Compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area in scope.
- Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player.
