What we expect :
Process development and buildup of expertise in the area of Frontend Process Development - wet chemistry;
Development of new processes for resist stripping, etching and cleaning,
Self-dependent collaboration in development projects,
Participation in problem solving teams as member, moderator or team lead,
Process enhancements at existing semiconductor tools including the evaluation and introduction of new processes, materials and tools where appropriate in cooperation with external partners,
Development and transfer of cost-efficient, fully automated and robust processes for high volume production,
Qualification and characterization of used materials/chemistry,
Cooperation with tool manufacturers and universities and research facilities.
Who we are looking for :
Successfully completed master's degree (PhD beneficial) in chemistry or microsystems technology;
Several years working experience in an industrial environment (semiconductor industry experience beneficial), in the area of wet chemistry preferably;
Technical/chemical/physical understanding of wet processes and knowledge in relevant analytical methods;
Knowledge in usage of semiconductor materials;
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, analytical thinking and creativity;
Very good knowledge of English and German in verbal and written form;
Willingness to travel.
