Source, screen, and interview candidates
Organize and maintain our applicant tracking system
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
Critères pour le poste:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
