IT Manager

Main Responsibilities


- Manage the IT team, enhancing their skills in line with professional development requirements for IT, encompassing infrastructure, cybersecurity, business analysis, and project management.

- Lead the implementation of the IT strategy, particularly focusing on the IT infrastructure and corporate IT program portfolio, while reporting issues and risks to senior management.

- Assume overall responsibility for the portfolio of programs delivering IT investments.

- Execute, and oversee the IT strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and adapting to the rapidly changing business landscape.

- Develop and implement plans and procedures related to IT/OT.

- Provide technical guidance to IT delivery teams.

- Contribution in PCA / PCI.

- Creativity and adaptability in the management and application of IT/OT systems.

- Take charge of developing and implementing information security measures in accordance with the information management strategy, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

- Provide hands-on support for IT systems at all levels,

- Assume responsibility for the development, delivery, and/or monitoring of IT service delivery by IT service providers, including the in-house IT services, and manage contracts with key suppliers.

- Monitor and manage the performance of IT-related systems and services, assessing their contribution to business performance and meeting client Key Performance Indicators.

- Regularly evaluate progress in achieving strategic objectives and adhering to the budget.

- Establish strong collaborative relationships with IT service providers,

- Demonstrate the potential of technology in advancing business objectives by defining strategy, validating business needs, exploring technological advancements, and considering the impact of change.
Critères pour le poste:


- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT management

- Experience in project management is desirable, a certification is a plus

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, storage, application servers, web servers, SQL Server, network routing, switching, and security applications.

- Acquaintance with software/Applications, such as ERP, HRMS, CMMS, SharePoint, O365, rostering, and time and attendance solutions

- Strong leadership skills and possessing autonomous management skills are highly desirable

- Fluent in both French and English
