Job Summary:
Pikala Organization, a leading promoter of bicycles and clean cities, is seeking a Social Projects Manager to manage the social department and oversee the implementation of social projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, supervision, and reporting, as well as strong communication skills and a passion for promoting healthy and clean cities. Experience in back-office operations is also important.Responsibilities:- Manage the social department at Pikala Organization- Create and implement social projects- Supervise and report on the progress of social projects- Manage and supervise interns in the field- Manage Pikala Youth Club- Represent the organization in social events- Follow up with authorities for authorizations related to social projects- Ensure efficient back-office operationsRequirements:- Proven experience in project management and supervision- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Good English language skills- Passion for promoting healthy and clean cities- Experience in back-office operations- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- University degree in a related field (management, etc.) is preferred
