En tant qu'Analyste Achats, vos principales responsabilités missions seront de:
- Négocier les termes d’achat (Prix, Délais livraison,…) avec les fournisseurs locaux et étrangers suivant la procédure Achat du groupe.
- Veiller au respect en interne de la procédure achat du groupe.
- Créer et suivre les bons de commande des différents achats pour les fournisseurs locaux et étrangers
- Créer les bons de commande pour les dossiers d’import en collaboration avec le service transit et le service comptabilité.
- Analyser la situation des bons de commande encours en terme de retard et mettre en place les actions nécessaires.
- Suivre les stocks des matières consommables en coordination avec les services concernés (Magasins, Usine,…)
- Calculer le costing des articles importés
- Assurer les différents rapports périodiques
Formation:
Bac + 2 en logistique ou équivalent.
Compétences requises:
- Parfaite maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (Excel, Word,…)
- Bonne maîtrise du français et anglais
- Bonnes capacités de communication
- Bonnes capacités d’analyse
- Rigueur & autonomie
- Sens de l’anticipation et de l’initiative
Niveau d'expérience souhaitée:
Minimum 1 an d'expérience en logistique
