Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications at once.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
Perform Outbound calls to schedule solid appointments
