Critères pour le poste:

What will you do ?

In a professional and welcoming setting, your responsibilities will include:

- Addressing client requests for reservations, such as flights and hotels.

- Providing exceptional post-sales service (general information, hotel reservations, flight bookings, etc.).

- Conducting follow-up calls with clients and handling certain administrative tasks (responding to emails and calls of our clients.)

- Ensuring meticulous documentation of each call to maintain up-to-date client records.

Who are you ?


- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.

- Prior experience in the travel agency or tourism industry.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a computerized environment.
