E-Call Services est un centre d’appels et de traitements multilingues qui met au cœur de ses valeurs la dimension Humaine.

You will be in charge of the following tasks:
-client support by the phone, email and online chat;
- consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
- checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;
Critères pour le poste:

We are seeking profiles that fit the following criterias.
-at least 6 months’ of customer support experience;
- Good computer skills and knowledge;
-Typing speed
-All applicants must be fluent in Turkish, English and formal Arabic

Infos Utiles:

Working hours:
from 07am to midnight (8h/days + 30 minutes of lunch break)
40h/week
2 days off per week
Possibility to have a weekend per month

Amplitude horaire
Between 23 and 28 dhs per hour.

Salaire Net + primes
Working hours: from 07h am to midnight (8h/days + 30 minutes of lunch break)
