We are looking for a new Business Development Executive to work with us in one of our facilities that’s based in Tangier, a candidate that have a previous experience in this field not less than 2 years and that have the academic background in Business Development or a similar major,

Tasks Summary and Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities


- Bring new accounts, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in collaboration with the Business Development Director, Branch Managers and Consultants


- Be aware of all products and services offered by the Group and sister companies


- To review Client performance against weekly and monthly expectations


- Create business proposals and agreements to the benefit of both the company and the client


- Update the CRM with business development activities and communicate key outcomes with the Senior Managers and Directors


- Carry out in person client visits as needed to grow and maintain business


- Guide and support new Recruitment Consultants and Colleagues as required


- Identify development opportunities within area


- Provide reports to Directors as and when required


- Maintain strong business relationships with existing Clients as well as new


- Support with Client complaints as required


- Ensure compliance standards are adhered to


- Undertake on-call duties as required
