Your missions:

- Implement and drive global LEONI HR&O learning processes, guidelines and standards and customize them to tax/ legal/ statutory requirements in country (in alignment with global HR&O)
- Analyze local learning needs according to business needs/ objectives and create learning offerings/ learning catalogue/ trainings for country
- Apply/ contribute to global learning offerings and global learning catalogue
- Maintain annual training plans
- Manage and administrate trainings in country
- Manage technical (induction) trainings in country
- Implement and drive global LEONI HR&O talent management processes, guidelines and standards and customize them to tax/ legal/ statutory requirements in country (in alignment with global HR&O)
- Support country/ site HR and management in yearly talent management cycle (e.g. calibration meetings, 1st level support, talent identification)
- Define, implement and manage local talent pools and development programs based on global HR&O standards/ tools
- Define and implement performance appraisal system based on global standards
- Provide framework to ensure regular feedback on performance achievement following global HR&O standard(s)
- Support the culture of daily improvements by training, empowering employees to continues learning and enhancing their performance
- Perform succession planning and manage individual development measures based on global HR&O standards, e.g. rotations within and across countries
- Assess continuously the value added of internal talent promotion and promote internal talents
- Contribute to regular global (employee engagement) surveys, perform country/ site surveys based on global HR&O guidelines/ tools, define and facilitate follow up of results
- Contribute to global change management and culture development (e.g. culture initiatives, change projects etc.)
- Initiate knowledge sharing across plants and countries via e.g. Best Practices and effective training programs
- Manage specific know how in order to ensure required expertise and to prevent the loss as well to increase the value added of specific knowledge
- Ensure implementing / advancement of performance management systems in order to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Provision of advice and subject matter expertise in the area of HR Development, Culture and Leadership, within HR community and towards the business
- Ensure adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks
- Ensure accurate & compliant data quality for all HR Development, Culture and Leadership related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global/local rules defined
- Preparation of regular ad-hoc analysis / reports / presentations
- Support / lead upon request global and local initiatives and roll-ins and related HR programs, policies, processes, projects
- Support continuous improvement of processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business
 



 


 Master in Human resources management or equivalent.

 With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position

 French language, fluently spoken and writing.
