What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?


Responsible for corporate governance- Board secretariat and corporate filings, where necessary, archive of all signed contracts or official documentation,

Managing the registrations and execution of General Assembly meetings, sole shareholder decisions and board meetings necessary as per Moroccan corporate law,

Drafting, revising and reviewing contracts in accordance with the Morroccan laws

Assisting and advising Morocco organization on legal and compliance requirements.

Manage compliance projects to be implemented and other regulatory compliance, conduct compliance trainings when necessary

Reporting and supporting Legal Counsels of the Parent Company or Group Companies as required.

Provide pro-active and efficient legal support and advice to support business objectives and/or mitigate legal risk.

Manage litigation with outside counsel and establish processes to decrease claims and court cases.

Manage legal spend at the local level and manage outside law firms and external counsels

Participate in local meetings to ensure business alignment.

Building awareness for the increasing influence and impact of applicable laws, regulations, and policies
