F& b representative

We are looking for a F amp;B representative to join our dynamic team, As a key member of our hospitality team, the F amp;B Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our passengers. The responsibilities for this position are outlined below:
- Review arrivals / departure lists to welcome passengers
- Welcoming passengers in a friendly and professional way- Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work areas
- Prepare mise en place prior every arrival/departure- Serve passengers in a professional and courteous manner
- Attend to timely passengers complaints and report the concern to management- Comply with equipment usage guidelines
- Carry out other tasks and special projects as assigned by management- Regularly participate with on-the-job trainings as conducted by company
- Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty- Coordinate with GE for smooth operation
- Have full product knowledge- Reportany maintenance needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education : Diploma or Bachelorin Tourism / Equivalent
- Experience : 1 - 2 years’ hospitality
