Responsibilities:Lead and oversee IT projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.Create comprehensive project plans and related communication materials.Ensure clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.Estimate necessary resources and participants for project success.Prepare budget proposals and recommend budget adjustments when needed.Manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.Identify and resolve project team issues and conflicts.Manage project dependencies and critical path.Develop project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Monitor project milestones and deliverables.Provide progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Analyze status reports, troubleshoot problem areas, and address changes in project scope.Establish project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project life cycle.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Preferred certification: Project Management Professional (PMP).Minimum 1 year of IT project management experience.Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities under pressure.Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or similar software.Job Types: Full-time, Co
