- Location: Casablanca

- Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Anglophone Secretary and Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.

- Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in English.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

- Requirements:

Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
