The role Peer Success Programs Assistant Manager entails leading the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the New Student Orientation program while facilitating educational success through student-centered services like Peer Tutoring, FYE Peer Mentoring, Writing Center, and the Inclusion Program. This includes strategizing, implementing, and evaluating short and long-term goals in peer-to-peer services and student success initiatives, collaborating with faculty to reduce attrition, ensuring seamless service delivery through stakeholder cooperation, overseeing the Inclusion program, and recommending policy revisions. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating data collection for evaluation purposes, mentoring and training student part-timers, supporting at-risk students, expanding partnerships with liberal arts institutions, and contributing to key unit reports as required.
Candidates need to have:
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience with student success services and/or student-related services.
• Master’s degree from a liberal-arts English-speaking institution or equivalent.
