Agile project manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with strong communication skills and expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Jira. The ideal candidate will oversee both web development and app development projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Agile development teams in accordance with Scrum principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment of project goals and priorities.
Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and ensuring clear communication.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Agile project management and software development.


Requirements:


Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in web development and app development projects.
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
