Job Opening: UX Researcher
Join our dynamic and innovative team! As an experienced UX Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding and enhancing user experiences on our platforms.Your main responsibilities include:1. Research Strategy Development: Design and implement appropriate research methods to understand user needs and behaviors. This includes interviews, surveys, panels, focus groups, user testing, data analysis, etc.2. Data Collection: Gather relevant user data, ensuring representative samples and reliable results. This involves direct user interactions, as well as quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
3. Results Analysis: Examine collected data to identify user trends, needs, and issues. Collaborate with the project team to interpret these findings and integrate them into the platform design.4. Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the Service Designer, Product Owner, and UI Designer to create services based on user insights.5. Testing and Iteration: Regularly organize user tests, iterating iteration to iteration, to ensure the platform continues to meet user expectations.Expected Skills:
- Deep understanding of user research methods, with demonstrated experience in a large organization ( 200 people) using various research techniques like interviews, surveys, panels, focus groups, user testing. A certification in UX Research or UX Design is a plus.- Ability to develop research strategies aligned with project needs and roadmap.- Mastery of UX design principles: thorough understanding of UX design process stages and experience with tools like personas, user journeys, user flow, mockups.- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting research findings clearly and compellingly to various stakeholders, including managers and project leaders.- Strong analytical skills, experienced in interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to identify user trends, needs, and iss
