An organization in Rabat is seeking an administrative assistant for the daily management of the office (age max. 40).

Responsibilities include managing phone calls, mail, and emails; preparing reports, expense notes, and other administrative documents; managing office supplies and operational needs; and assisting in event planning and organization.

Skills required include accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in French, Arabic, and English (both written and oral).

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor degree (Bac 3).

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in public relations, or administration management. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Proficiency in computer tools and office software is necessary, along with the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
