As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in our team, providing essential support to our valued clients. The ideal candidates for this role are individuals with similar experiences, however we also welcome fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds to showcase their potential, enthusiasm and prove their abilities. We are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress. Critères pour le poste:

- To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM softwares.
- Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and Turkish. Additional languages would be advantageous.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Amplitude horaire
Rotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week. Includes one working week

Salaire Net + primes
From 4000 MAD + bonuses. Offer is based on candidate's experience, skills and education background.
