Research analyst - spanish speaker

We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual who is fluent in the Spanish language to join our team in Agadir.

This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, as you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support in both languages.In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.

- Cover the daily updates of the stock exchanges and official sources.

- Conducting phone calls and responding to emails in both English and Spanish.

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the database as required.

- Other ad hoc tasks upon request.To be considered for this position, you should have:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship with customers.
