We are seeking a skilled and fluent English-speaking customer support agents to join our team. As a customer support agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide information, address inquiries, and offer our products/services. Your excellent communication skills and proficiency in English will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
**Scope of Work:**- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.- Provide information about our products, answer questions, and address customer concerns.- Collect and record customer information accurately in our CRM system.- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective interactions.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers.- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvement.**Required Skills:**- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Previous experience in a customer support agent or customer service role is a plus.- Familiarity with basic computer skills.- Ability to navigate objections and provide effective solutions.- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
