Position: Estimator PVC/Aluminium Windows and Door
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Estimator to join our rapidly expanding organization. Your primary objective will be to meticulously prepare precise estimates for PVC window and door projects. This will involve comprehensive data collection and the utilization of cutting-edge calculation tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mathematical aptitude, coupled with technical expertise and a deep understanding of the construction industry. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and superb organizational abilities are essential attributes for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Procurement and Evaluation: Gather quotations from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market rates and trends.
• Data Analysis: Utilize specialized software packages tailored for windows and doors to analyze company data, monitor project budgets, and effectively track pricing dynamics.• Cost and Time Assessment: Identify labor and material costs, as well as project time requirements, through a meticulous review of project proposals, blueprints, and associated documentation.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in both French and English communication is mandatory for effective collaboration and communication within our organization.• This position offers an initial contract for the first 6 months, after which a permanent CDI contract will be extended to successful candidates.
