Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:Manage and supervise all operational aspects of the language center.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and facilities.Oversee scheduling of classes, activities, and events.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets in coordination with the Head Office Team.Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise center staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support.Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and external stakeholders.Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
Academic Coordination:Collaborate with the Academic Manager to ensure high-quality language instruction.
Implement curriculum guidelines and educational standards.Monitor student progress and academic performance.
Activities Management:
Work closely with the Activities Manager to organize extracurricular programs and events.Coordinate cultural activities, excursions, and workshops.
Safeguarding and Compliance:Act as the Safeguarding Lead, ensuring adherence to safety and child protection policies.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and undergo required training.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in management and leadership roles, preferably in the education sector.Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
