Job purpose :

Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic & hydorlic systems' tools, and production machines and equipment, using handtools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments.

Main Activities:

- Performs diagnostic of mechanical failures.

- Executes mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

- Repairs or replaces defective parts and starts Machines/Equipments to test their performance. Performs testing and validation at the end of intervention with production team leader.

- Assures the accuracy of work order records and intervention reports.

- Participates in the setup of new machines,equipments and/or upgrade of existant ones.

- Educational Background:

Secondry level with professional diploma in mechanical field.

- Required Experience:

2 years experience in industrial field

- Skills & Competencies :

Mechanical skills, Pneumatics & hydrolic system skills, Basic electronic & electricity skills.
