Managing and complying with established EHS&S policies and procedures, appropriately delegating tasks to assigned team.
Removing barriers to the execution of scheduled maintenance work through CMMS application to leverage workflow process, precision lubrication, and precision maintenance principles.
Leading, motivating, and empowering a team of technicians in their current roles and holding them accountable to achieve short-term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
Providing work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.
Provide input with clients work to prioritize backlog and refine job scope.
Schedule compliance and constructively challenge classification of 'break-in' work.
Ensure all applicable procedures are followed
Adherence to technical specification, precision maintenance standards, precision lubrication practices, etc.
Provide complete feedback to continuously improving job plans and procedures
In absence of procedures or job plans, ensure employees are active participants in creating documents – coordinate with planners, reliability engineers, etc.
Worksite housekeeping, clean-up, and follow-up actions, as needed
Provide 'as found' and 'as left' documentation when needed
Support RCFA efforts as required.
