We, PRS Selection Ltd are constantly searching for exceptionally talented individuals to fill senior and site based management positions in the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry.

Ours is a very specialist service provided by experienced industry professionals with extensive UK and international, managerial and technical knowledge of the sectors we support. We enjoy repeat business from Major Contractors within the highways, rail and infrastructure sector.

Our fine international reputation is the envy of the construction industry recruitment sector and has been a strong cornerstone of our success since our original formation in 1989. We specialise in bringing engineers from overseas to the UK with their families and growing their careers.

We are looking for Civil engineers (Junior Site Manager, Site Manager, Agent, Construction Manager & Project Manager for a major international construction client:

Managing sub contractors,

Overseeing general construction works,

Working with commercial team and planning team,

Managing on site work force,

Some financial responsibilities,

General civil engineering duties as expected from Project Management, site management and construction management on any infrastructure project,

Highways, Rail, Infrastructure experience.

• Civil Engineers,
• 3-20 years experience,
• Highways, infrastructure, heavy civil engineering, road maintenance and railway experience preferable,
• Must speak excellent English,
• Large attractive salaries, opportunities to bring family or work alone,
• Major International Contractor,
• All roles based in the United Kingdom,
• All visa’s for the UK will be provided plus a large relocation allowance to help move.

The people we seek will be degree qualified civil engineers to join at varying levels of seniority as described below. Highly motivated, with an ambition to develop quickly, the salaries and benefits offered will reflect our determination to attract such individuals who can demonstrate the right experience working on site anywhere in the world. We will be travelling to Casablanca to interview candidates in person as well as on Teams and Zoom.

We are fully aware of the current immigration laws relating to EU and other nationalities and has a comprehensive plan in place to efficiently overcome the steps for entry required by HM Government following leaving the EU in January 2021. Successful candidates will be assisted through this process at all stages.
