In Arrow, we are always looking forward (Five Years Out) to partner in Technology development that is changing our lives. Currently, due to increased business needs, we are looking to hire Business Analyst.
Few Words About the Team:
You will join our Da Vinci team which is focused on the implementation and customization of the new ERP and CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics AX and Salesforce within the Arrow EMEA region.
BTO Team consist of 21 supportive individuals spread across Poland, France, UK, Spain, and Morocco. Candidate will join BTO Sales team consisting of 6 individuals: 2 located in Poland, two in Spain and two in Morocco.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow:
You will interact with internal and external stakeholders from different countries to enhance and develop our EMEA Ecosystem applications implementation.
Your role will be to cooperate with business clients, evaluate their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view. Among your tasks, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and support of our business community as a subject matter expert.
Main responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining the ongoing evaluation of business processes across the EMEA region,
Performing ongoing analysis of business requirements to optimize business processes, prioritizing the initiatives depending on business needs, reviewing and validating value-added of developed solutions for all stakeholders
Delivery of key documents for simplifying EMEA decisions regarding changes in the process and functional / reporting requests. Scope of the key decisions includes: key decision definition, benefits / risks analysis, various plans explanation, financial impact / model and statistics, recommendations, proposal of implementation plan, decision sign off,
Gathering functional requirements and priorities from all EMEA business partners and delivering it to IT,
Developing and implementing best practices for efficient business support
Acting as the single point of contact for the business community for business requirements,
Managing the review and validation of functional specification documents,
Managing user acceptance tests of delivered solutions,
Monitoring the whole process and thinking of continuous improvement, analyzing reports and ROI measurements.
Requirements management throughout their lifecycle, ensuring requirements are tracked and traced, the ability to manage changes in requirements effectively
Providing onsite support of End-to-End testing during ERP implementation
Clear formulation of ideas, providing the right level of details to the specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in business analysis and CRM/ERP related projects. Open-minded and customer-oriented, self-starter with pro-active attitude focused on delivering expected value to the business. Communicative and well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills That Will Help You to Succeed Even More:
Experience in a similar position with CRM/ERP implementations, (ideally 3-5 years),
Practical knowledge in scope of business analysis area for IT solutions
Practical knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Ability to analyze functional needs and requirements from a technical point of view,
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
Linguistic and communication skills - the ability to put thoughts into words
Good understanding of agile software development processes and principles; understanding of waterfall processes and differences between the two approaches, knowledge of Scrum framework and roles
Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, strong problem-solving skills
Ability to influence decision making through analysis
Ability to plan, organize and structure work, ability to estimate and deliver tasks within scheduled dates
Ability to work independently when needed,
Ability to share knowledge and train others, and prepare high quality documentation
Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Visio, Power Point,
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is nice to have
Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus
