What are we asking you to have?
Hard Skills
- A background studies in Computer Science or similar
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Php and Laravel frameworks or similar web development stack
- A strong hands-on experience in Solid and software engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience in writing efficient and useful unit tests with PhpUnit framework
- Experience using Mysql
- Experience with Redis cache system and how to make cache more efficient in its use
- Experience in building Rest Apis
- Proficient in Linux command-line
- High understanding of monolithic modular platforms
- Knowing or having worked in the e-commerce, retail digital space is a BIG PLUS
- Having worked with Jira and Notion is a plus
- Knowledge or having work in an Agile environment with Scrum or Kanban practices is a plus
Soft Skills
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Seek the highest quality and aim to build a “bugs-free software” (would be surprised if any human can do that )
