TECTRA recruits for one of its customers, a Major Distributor of Photovoltaic Systems, a Sales Representative having 3 years of relevant experience in photovoltaic systems .
Responsabilities :
• Present, promote and sell products/services using strong arguments for existing and potential customers
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and needs of existing/prospective customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers
• Reach leads with cold calls
• Accelerate resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Meet agreed upon sales targets and results on time
• Coordinate with team members and other departments
• Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and situation reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities and the potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuous improvement through feedback.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a PV sales representative.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with proven sales experience
• Interested in photovoltaics and wants to know more about the industry
• Knowledge of the PV market in Morocco is an advantage
• Fluent in French (C1)
• Fluent in English (B2/C1)
• Minimum BAC +3 training
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, eager to learn new soft skills
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the audience
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Has a driver’s license
