We are recruiting for a Sales Manager, Marrakech at SHELLBOXESSHELLBOXES is hiring a full-time Sales Manager. This position reports directly to the Head of Business Development and Head of Sales. About UsSHELLBOXES is a leader in the cybersecurity and blockchain industry. Sales Manager are our senior-level pipeline builders and strategy makers and sales staff.*Day-to-day activities will include: *-    Research sectors to identify promising Leads -    Build pipelines-    Schedule appointments-    Manage sales representatives and set individual objectives-    Set up sales strategy-    Be the first touchpoint and ongoing relationship manager for clients.Your primary KPI will be your sales revenue. Rewards and bonuses will be given if you are keeping up with your sales quotas and achieve your Quarterly Objectives, Character traits we are looking for:•    You are intrinsically motivated•    You are a great listener and proactive problem solver•    You are well organized and have excellent attention to detail•    You have a strong work ethic•    You’re a team playerResponsibilities:•    Lead generation•    Efficiently Qualify, Progress, and Close sales opportunities•    Conference attendances•    In-person meetings •    Interact with the technical teams for client requests•    Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each deal passed to the Onboarding team to agreed standards•    You have sourced, hired, and/or onboarded sellers, either as a peer or as a manager.•    You are intellectually curious and fascinated by innovative businesses, how they grow, and the technology they need to accelerate that growth.
