V12 Software is a leading US company in digital marketing with offices in California and Morocco. We provide a complete management and digital marketing solution to small businesses in the United States and Canada.

Due to our fast growth, we are currently looking for an experienced “Head of Customer Service”.



In order to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage, monitor and constantly seek to improve the quality of the services provided
• Develop plans and KPIs for the team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
• Improve our process regarding customer requests and delivery.
• Delegate tasks to team leaders to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Set an example for team members of commitment, customer service knowledge, work ethics and habits and personal character.
 



Your profile and skills

• Experience of 5 years minimum in a customer service managerial position in call centers
• You have an appetite for technical subjects and wish to develop further your skills
• You benefit from strong relational skills and have a recognized spirit of analysis and synthesis
• You know how to be autonomous and able to manage your own team as a leader by motivating them and increasing their skills You have a strong capacity for adaptation and resistance to stress
• You have a very good level of oral and written English
