EOL ICT se spécialise depuis plusieurs années dans la gestion externalisées de projets IT.
Ses clients, principalement des Grands Comptes, sont pour la plupart basés en Belgique. C'est pourquoi, nous travaillons en 3 langues différentes: le français, l'anglais et le néerlandais.

EOL ICT est reconnu pour son savoir faire dans les domaines de la virtualisation, de l'Ingénierie Systèmes, du développement IT, du support technique Office 365, support technique basique.
Conscient que le monde de l'informatique est en perpétuel évolution, nous proposons à nos collaborateurs d'actualiser leurs connaissances à travers des formations, des certifications que ce soit au sein de nos locaux ou directement chez nos clients à l'étranger en fonction des besoins. As a member of the security services team, you will ensure that the information systems satisfy the security requirements necessary to protect the organization’s core missions and business processes and enhance security awareness throughout the IT organization.

Critères pour le poste:

-Facilitate collaboration between IT security and operations teams, integrate the technology and processes to keep systems and data secure.
-Analyze security alerts and determine whether it is an incident.
- In case of an incident, you follow incident response playbooks and have the technical capacity to create deeper analyses and links.
- Respond in timely manner to security alerts.
- Drive the handling of security incidents by defining and assigning response actions to IT personnel and follow-up on their execution.
- Clear, improved, and timely reporting/escalation on status.
- Report to relevant parties and leadership.
- Treat security exceptions requests by extensive analysis and challenge before approving or rejecting them.
- Handle wide range of exceptions such as web proxy, browser extensions, access control and others. Implement, operate, and monitor performance of services delivered by Service Security.
